The Spark Pods™ Journey - Discovering The Gifts Six Week Course to aid students ‘reset and reconnect’ - it is a structured nurturing experience designed to help children develop emotional literacy, confidence and real life skills.
Over the Six Weeks; students are introduced to the Spark Pods™ - a simple powerful system that helps people understand and manage feelings.
Each Spark Pod is connected to one of The Gifts - these are what makes us human - awareness, calm, joy, connection, growth, and strength.
The Journey helps allow the person to reset, and reconnect - using a combination of tools, stories, activities and nature.
Each session combines;
guided activities
simple mindful rituals using the pods (these have recently been updated and hugely improved by the super sparkly 3 year olds at an Oxfordshire nursery ✨)
reflection and discussion
practical strategies children can use every day
This program is especially supportive for;
children with anxiety
neurodivergent learners (Sparkly People™)
those who find emotional expression difficult
pupils who need confidence and self understanding
By the end of the six weeks, students will;
understand their emotions more clearly
have tools to regulate and express feelings
feel more confident and connected
develop skills they can carry into school and life

Six structured sessions
Spark Pods™ for each person (currently £35 for a set)
The Spark Pods book - further literature cabn be purchased as an optional upgrade
Guided mindful, sparkly activities and materials
